Privacy Policy

• All sales are final and services must be pre-paid in full prior to the session
• Services are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable
• Introductory session is mandatory prior to class registration
• XBody Undergarment is required during work out and it must be keep clean for any session

Cancellation Policy

• Sessions should be cancelled 48 hours prior to the class otherwise charged as if attended.
• All sales are final and there is no refund. 
• Clients should arrive at least 5 min prior to the session to be suited up to attend class.
• Late attendance is considered as cancelled sessions

COVID 19 Protocol

Fit Factory Sports uses top graded disinfectant and sanitizers. All surfaces, equipment and suits will be sanitized for clients. Hand Sanitizers are available at the front counter upon client’s entry. Proof of “fully vaccinated” is required to attend sessions.

• Mask are mandatory at the premises but not during workout.
• Please kindly stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
• Attend class at your own risk , acknowledge and accept the risks associated with Global Health Pandemic of COVID-19.
• Please follow Government COVID-19 guidelines accordingly.
