Introductory Consultation

This is a free consultation to assess you and for you to try this new way of personal trainning. In this free session you get to see what it’s about and decide whether you are ready to make a commitment.

Single Session

If you are already got your free consultation and like to try EMS full body training for only one time, we got you covered! In this session you will be able to  exercise your muscles and strengthen your body. You need to purchase your own undergurment to try it.

12 Sessions

Our twelve session plan might be for you if you like to try some introductory sessions and gets idea how it’s works and make your future plan. Perhaps you need an exercise approach to rehabilitate from an injury or you have an event coming up that you like to lose some weight for and get toned up. Whatever the case is, after these sessions you can plan for that and we  are here to help you achieve your goals.

6 Months

Our six month program will help you achieve your fitness goals. It includes two twenty-minute sessions per week, for a total of 52 sessions, along with a body assessment that will help you focus become stronger, more balanced and more fit.

12 Months

This plan offers you the best value per EMS training session. Itincludes two twenty-minute sessions per week, for a total of 104 sessions, a body assessment, and a free EMS Fitness undergarment.

Unlimited Sessions

If you have decided to make your health and wellness an integral part of your lifestyle, this plan is for you.

It includes maximun three twenty-minute sessions per week EMS training which based on the trainer decision it’s combination of the cardio, muscle development and recovery mode for safe and fast muscle healing.
